It's very easy actually. Send us an email with your name, or assumed name, email address, site URL if you have one (it's not required) and if you have a site, how many hits it has gotten. We will take the number of hits you have and divide it by twenty to get how many soldiers you can contribute to the war effort (round up or down in mathematically correct terms). If you don't have a site, divide your age by 2 and times it by a hundred to get how many soldiers. We imagine we will have a large scale war. Then, according to how many hundred of soldiers, we will assign legions and mobile suits.

Now, if you wish to be our enemy, its the same thing, except state that you would like to be our enemy and the command thing doesn't apply. Instead, it would be so many soldiers against us. It might be something like:
